David G. Knappe is a veteran producer, writer, director and editor. Starting out as one of DuPont’s youngest producers at the company’s Wilmington headquarters, David then served a variety of clients in the corporate and broadcasting sectors including BMW, CBS News, Conoco Phillips, Fox, IBM, Morgan Stanley, NAPL, QVC, Pfizer and Yahoo Finance Vision. David has also been busy with internet productions, having overseen production for the creation of grandparents.com and a re-design grey.com. In 2011, Knappe began a three year odyssey directing, shooting, editing and finding distribution for the critically acclaimed documentary Bee People, about the disappearing pollinators and how ordinary people can help.
